Harvesting Borage Flowers

B(caps)orage flowers are edible and make colorful additions to salads and many dishes. You can harvest flowers as soon as they appear. Harvest flowers in the morning, after the dew has dried, but before the day starts heating up. To harvest, simply pull the flowers off with your fingers or clip them with scissors, harvesting borage flowers often encourages more production.
