How to Harvest Chamomile Flowers

H(caps)arvesting chamomile flowers is so easy. Simply rake your fingers through the flowers and gently pull off the flower heads. Harvesting the heads encourages another flush of chamomile flowers and gives you the opportunity to take a second batch of flower heads later on.
